Behind Your Every Step
Get to know Dr. Oghoorian and the approach that’s guided this practice for more than two decades. It starts with listening, and it ends with a plan you actually understand.
Edwin Oghoorian, DPM
Dr. Oghoorian has been treating feet and ankles in the San Gabriel Valley for more than 25 years, from everyday bunions and hammertoes to complicated diabetic and chronic wounds. He’s served as Medical Director of Pacific Foot & Ankle Associates since 2004, and the practice has always run on a simple idea: give patients real options, not just a prescription and a pat on the back.
That comes from his residency training in sports medicine, wound care, and limb salvage, and from years running wound care programs at two area hospitals, work that showed him how much difference an honest conversation and the right plan can make.

Why Patients Choose Us
The difference shows up in the day-to-day experience: your call is answered, your appointment starts on time, and you leave with a clear plan for what’s next.
Time With Your Doctor
You're able to speak directly with Dr. Oghoorian about your care, including follow-up questions and treatment decisions, instead of being passed between multiple providers.
More Ways to Treat the Problem
The practice offers advanced wound care, regenerative medicine, biologics, laser treatment, and other options that may help when more traditional treatments haven't been enough.
We Look at What's Causing the Problem
Foot pain can have more than one contributing factor. Dr. Oghoorian looks at your movement, footwear, medical history, and symptoms before recommending treatment.
Know What to Expect
You'll know why a treatment is being recommended, what it involves, what it may cost, and what happens next. Questions are encouraged, and explanations stay straightforward.
